Engineered to perform, ICC’s water and impact resistant cases will not distort or soften in high temperatures and features strength to weight ratio 3X of plastic. When a serious impact has occurred, the ICC molded corner features resist crushing and help distribute energy throughout the case exterior with little or no adverse affect in the performance of the case or damage to the case contents.
This aluminum welded 19” Shock Mount Rack Case offers extraordinary value with unparalleled features. The removable rack offers the benefits of easy access to data equipment and interchanging rack equipment between cases.
ICC offers rack cases that have been military proven. All of the craftsmanship and features are the result of years working directly with suppliers of the US military Special Forces. Our rack mount transit cases are built to meet multiple MIL and EIA Standards. ICC cases protect sensitive electronic equipment against shock and vibration as well as environmental effects such as, humidity, dust and moisture.
Our all-aluminum rack cases offer many advantages over plastic molded cases:

Technical Specifications ICC Rack Cases have been engineered, manufactured and tested to the following standards:
MIL STD 810 D,F,G
Ground Plane Tested: Ground 1 to Rail 1 = 0.0033 ohms
Ground 1 to Ground Clip = 0.003 ohms
Ground 1 to Chassis = 0.0010 ohms
Dust Penetration Test MIL STD 810G -Subjected to six hours of blowing dust at 23°C (73°F) and six hours at 71°C (160°F) with a relative humidity of not more than 30 percent. The wind velocity was set at 1750 feet per minute and the dust feed at 10 ±0.2 grams per cubic foot.
Functional Shock Test to MIL STD810G (Drop Tests from 24" and 30")
Water Resistance Test to MIL STD 810G - Conditioned to 10°C above the water temperature and subjected to blowing rain for a duration of 30 minutes on each of two sides. The wind speed set of 40 miles per hour and rain fall rate at 1.7 millimeters per minute (4 inches per hour). The air temperature was ambient and the water temperature was between 17°C and 21°C.
Vibration Test to MIL STD 810G - Subjected to two hours of random vibration in each of the Vertical, Longitudinal, and Transverse axes. Random vibration applied from 5 Hz to 500 Hz at 2.05 grms in the Vertical axis, 1.48 grms in the Transverse axis, and 1.90 grms in the Longitudinal axis.
Shock Test to MIL STD 810G - Subjected to two hours of random vibration in the Vertical, Longitudinal, and Transverse axes. Subjected to six shock pulses, three in the negative direction and three in the positive direction. Each shock pulse had an applied amplitude of 40 g peak, a duration of 11 milliseconds and a terminal peak saw tooth wave shape.
