Warranty
Impact Case and Container limited Lifetime Warranty on Welded Aluminum Cases.
Impact Case and Container (ICC) hereby warrants to the original purchaser that this new case is free from defects in material and workmanship. Any required repair or replacement resulting from normal, intended use that is due to faulty material and/or inferior workmanship will be repaired or replaced during the time the original purchaser owns this product. The decision to repair or replace is determined by ICC. If ICC determines that repairs or replacement is in fact covered under warranty. All shipping costs of replacement components are freight free to the customer. Customer to cover all other shipping charges, if applicable.
This LIFETIME WARRANTY does not cover all products featured on this web site. Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage or other product problems that result from abuse and/or abnormal use, nor does this warranty in any way cover case contents. No statement by seller or any person by words or action shall constitute a warranty by ICC other than as described herein.
Prior to return of any product to ICC, the customer must first call Impact Case and Container customer service 1 (877) 687-2452 and request a return authorization number. This number must be marked on exterior of carton for easy identification. Warranty product received at ICC without a Return Authorization Number may be returned at expense of sender.

ICC case products are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) unless otherwise specified. Rates are calculated based on choice of service, carton size, weight and destination.
